The Coney Dog Debate

It has recently come to my attention that there is a very serious issue going on in our country today.

A issue that if not resolved could shake this country down to the very foundation that our forefathers created. It's a emergency if not a near tragedy.

What is it you ask? Improper topping of a coney dog.
There are those who would violate and bastardize one of the true American traditions that this country in known for.

There is a sect with some kind of patently childish belief that you cannot add ketchup to a coney dog.

This is just absolutely wrong and almost blasphemous against coney dog 101.
This is no different than adding relish,hot sauce or mayo to a normal dog.

When you buy a hot dog of any kind you top it with anything you desire.
BUT!!!!!! You cannot exclude the most delicious of all condiments and discard it as nothing more than something for children.

In closing... Ketchup is a must on coney dogs.
Anything else in Un-American.
