League Guidelines
In the interest of fairplay as well as competitive balance and league parity. It is hoped that you will adhere to these guidelines. These are not meant to interfere with the running of your franchise in any way, shape or form. Just a notation of expectations for owners in this world.
* Agree to field a competitive team at the ML level
There are many theories about rebuilding a franchise. But it is strongly encouraged that you as a owner field a team that can be competitive in games. To protect league integrity and to avoid 110 loss clubs.
* Take care of the minor league rosters
To ensure prospect development and lessen the inflated nature of certain minor league statistics. This includes allowing players to pitch at 0% and allowing hitters to play wildly out of position(C at LF, 3B at SS,1B at C & etc.)
* Inform the commish/league or a prolonged absensce
As a common courtesy to the world. If you are to be away from your team due to a known event then please notify the world of such.
* Use the league chat in a appropriate manner
Treat other members of the world with due respect. It's ok to have fun at another's expense and have fun. However please do not severely berate and insult other owners on the league chat. Any severe issues with another owner can be handled privately by trade chat or through talks with the commish.
